The steaks are seasoned very well. My only gripe is that every time I have been here, my steak is not cooked to the temperature I ordered. I order medium well and I usually get medium to medium rare. However, I cannot complain too much because I still always find it delicious. The service is great too.February 15, 2017

It honestly did leave a little to be desired, we all ended up really wishing we had ordered some of the steaks that j.gilbert is known for. Next time we will. As for the other factors, service was exceptional and prompt. Definitely will try again.August 20, 2016
